The original business model was founded in 1990ies in Piraeus  During its early days, it was focused on

• LOGISTICAL SERVICES IN PORTS
• FREIGHT CONTRACTS
• BLACK SEA PARCELLING SERVICE DIRECTION CHINA
• CARRIAGE OF GOODS BY SEA

​From 2015 till now the group developed and diversified into Time Charter Operator in dry bulk sector & Brokerage services.  On 1st of November 2019 the group decided to separate the activities & services and Prima Corporation S.A. is a Dry Bulk Operator as a result of that evolution.

​Geographically Athens was strategically chosen for its long Maritime Tradition & History. In more recent times, the group has further diversified into other industrial areas & Maritime projects.
